Services Packages

Mission3 PSG offers both pre-packaged Services as well as custom Implementation and Training for your needs:

JumpStart

The JumpStart package provides Consulting and Training services tailored for clients with up to 10 users typically targeting one project and/or one submission type. The week-long engagement is provided by a Mission3 solution expert and consists of a one-day Solution Design Workshop followed by Mission3 training sessions for all users delivered on-site or via the web.

Enterprise

This package is designed for our Enterprise clients - typically those customers that have several products in the pipeline and are targeting multiple submissions, including global registrations in some cases. This package includes deliverables for each phase of our PSG Delivery Framework from "Plan" to "Deploy", including design / best practices documentation, system configuration and validation, knowledge transfer and end-user training. These engagements are typically ~12 weeks in duration and led by teams of two or more solution experts.

Solution Design

The Solution Design package is offered mainly to our Enterprise clients that are comfortable with solution implementation but need guidance during initial planning and design. This package includes deliverables for the "Plan" and "Design" phases of our Services Delivery Framework including a solution design workshop, project plans, and design / best practices documentation. These engagements are typically 2-3 weeks in duration and led by teams of two or more solution experts.

Expert Services

By leveraging our "Expert Services" you have direct access to one of our senior-most and highly experienced solution experts who can advise you at critical implementation milestones. These experts can help validate your design and implementation decisions and suggest alternate approaches when appropriate. Our Expert Services are offered as a block of hours on a retainer basis.

Consulting and Training Services

Apart from the above packaged offerings, our team also provides specific services tailored to your requirements. Examples include training for specific modules, custom integration with 3rd party systems, building submission packages, etc.
