Mission3 OnDemand offers a comprehensive set of project management tools that help automate and manage business processes within a product development project. Our project management capability is the backbone of our strategic approach to Program Delivery. The tools empower program managers and executive leaders to make accurate decisions at each step of the development process. Business leaders can use the platform to structure project teams, collaborate with 3rd parties and perform regular on-demand audits that give them visibility into the progress of simultaneous product development initiatives.

Our project management tools include the following capabilities:

Create project structures complete with phases and pathways/tasks.
Associate documents with specific tasks (e.g., Study Reports with Clinical Trials).
Assign role-based, secure access to project contributors including 3rd parties, in order to facilitate collaboration at each phase of the program delivery process.
Automate the reporting of program performance, including both project management as well as executive reports. Typical reports include percent completion, resource time tracking, regulatory correspondence, etc.
