Before founding Mission3, Inc. Dirk held the position of Principal Consultant and Solution Architect at Arbortext (now PTC), the leader in Dynamic Enterprise Publishing. Dirk designed and implemented applications for several fortune 1000 companies including SAP, Schlumberger, HP, and Lockheed Martin.
Dirk architected and implemented some exciting new technology solutions while at Arbortext - building the first fully automated SVG based pharmaceutical labeling application which formatted approved labeling content with graphical symbols to create a print ready file without human intervention ensuring SPL content flowed through regulatory to product without errors.
Prior to Arbortext, Dirk was a Principal at SeraNova where he implemented globally deployed Internet Security applications for American Express and 3Com.
Dirk was selected as one of Arizona’s leading innovators in 2008 35 Entrepreneurs Under 35. Dirk is often found speaking at industry trade events and featured in a variety of industry trade publications.
Dirk received his Bachelors from the University of Michigan.

Christopher Joslin - Vice President of Operations
Chris is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Mission3. He has been charged overall P&L responsibility, in addition to establishing the financial benchmarks and budgets and executing against them. He is closely aligned with the VP of Sales by developing the company's strategic marketing plan and delivering results. Prior to Mission3, Chris was Vice President of Customer Operations at ATX-CoreComm, a national provider of telecommunication services. There, he provided day-to-day leadership to the entire customer facing operations team. Responsible for more than 500 employees spread across multiple departments, he played a key role in the integration of 32 acquire companies. He also oversaw two contact centers that handled more than 2 million calls per year and developed his team into a single world-class organization that consistently exceeded benchmarked industry standards by financial, technology, and customer service perspectives.
Chris has his Bachelor and Master's degrees from Michigan State University.

Jason Best - Lead Development Engineer
Jason is responsible for the development and technology decisions that power Mission3's products. He leads a development team of
Engineers to design, develop, and test Mission3's software products using technologies such as C#, .NET 2.0 framework, Ruby on Rails, LLBLGen O/R Mapper, NUnit Testing, Apache2, IIS, Microsoft SQLServer, MySQL, IBM DB2, and Oracle 10g. Prior to Mission3, Jason was a software developer at ND Industries, Inc., an internationally known developer and supplier of high quality fastener coating products and services. There he developed internal accounting and financial applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. He was also a database administrator for all of the company's U.S. divisions.

Kelli Oberrieder - Director, Product Management
By keeping a pulse on market trends and working closely with customers, Kelli is responsible for developing Mission3's product strategies and consistently improving features and functionality. Additionally, Kelli creates and maintains all training material as well as provides hands on training for all clients and ensures successful product implementation for customers.

Prior to joining Mission3, Kelli was a Focus Account Manager for Oracle Corporation, insuring multi-national companies like Fuji-Xerox and Quantas Airlines served as referenceable customers for the company's Collaboration Suite product. Before Oracle, she served as a Sales Application Engineer at Arbortext (now PTC) where she was critical in establishing Proof-of-Concept and pilot projects, as well as implementing enterprise grade content and document management systems (Documentum, OpenText, and Interwoven among others) for Fortune 500 companies.
Kelli has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Dhruv advises our customers on their Program Delivery strategy and definitions of solution architectures that help them achieve their business objectives using the Mission3 platform. He also provides technical leadership to our project teams to ensure that customer implementations leverage Mission3’s best practices to the fullest extent possible.
Internally, Dhruv is constantly engaged with our Engineering team to drive improvements to our existing products based on customer feedback and also helps shape our go-to-market strategies.
Prior to joining Mission3, Dhruv was an Associate at Waterstone Management Group LLC from 2008-09 where he assisted senior Partners in advising technology clients on business strategy and operations. From 2001-2006, Dhruv held various consulting and business development positions within the Professional Services organization at Arbortext / PTC Inc., in the U.S. as well as in Europe. He has extensive experience implementing content management solutions for pharmaceutical clients to help serve their regulatory requirements. Dhruv has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Anil was a founding executive and the Vice President of Technology Ventures for Arizona Technology Enterprises (AzTE), an early stage technology commercialization company. At AzTE, Anil was responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of inventions, intellectual property and new technology spinout companies from Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University. Anil left AzTE in mid-2005 to focus greater attention on new venture development and to start Endeavor. He currently serves as an Advisor to constructNet International, Inc., one of university ventures he fostered.
Anil has held leadership roles in several technology ventures including Vcommerce Corp. where he was the Vice President of Strategy and Solutions Development, Cybercillium Inc. where he was co-founder and Vice President of Marketing and Alliances, and Integrated Information Systems where he served as Director of Strategic Services. Anil began his career with engineering and marketing roles at Corning Inc. and Intel Corp. He was part of a five-person team that conceived, incubated and launched one of Intel's first Internet ventures - GatherRound.com, online digital imaging services.
Anil holds an M.S. in Materials Science & Engineering and an M.S. in Technology Policy, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA. He also graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University in Alfred, NY. Anil was recognized for his achievements a number of times during his academic career, including Tau Beta Pi's Spencer Graduate Fellowship and the AU Award of Merit, and is a National Merit Scholar.
Anil's passion for entrepreneurship and new venture creation is demonstrated through active engagement in the entrepreneurial community.
