Dirk Karsten Beth - President
|
Dirk Karsten Beth has been a leader and innovator of advanced applications for regulated enterprises since before the Internet transformed the enterprise application market. After creating Mission3 in 2005 he has positioned the company to revolutionize the way enterprises manage their regulated product development. The company quickly gained interest from many pharmaceutical, biotech, and research organizations and is positioned to help the more than 4000 US and global life sciences companies achieve product approval.
Currently the markets do not realize the importance the life sciences space but what they don't yet realize is that more and more of these
products will become approved and more and more of these companies will become blockbusters. Software companies will eventually all turn
their attention to this market.

Today, Mission3 is helping customers realize that the development of drugs, devices, and therapies needs a focus on regulatory compliance as one day all of these products will face the scrutiny of regulators. Under Dirk's guidance Mission3's products are designed to create the "Organized Enterprise" that will ensure compliance throughout the product development lifecycle.
Before founding Mission3, INC. Dirk held the position of Principal Consultant and Solution Architect at Arbortext, INC. the leader in
Dynamic Enterprise Publishing. Dirk designed and implemented applications for several fortune 1000 companies including SAP, Beckman-Coulter,
Schlumberger, HP, Lockheed Martin, and Guidant.
Dirk architected and implemented some exciting new technology solutions while at Arbortext - building the first fully automated SVG
based pharmaceutical labeling application which formatted approved labeling content with graphical symbols to create a print ready file
without human intervention ensuring SPL content flowed through regulatory to product without errors.
Prior to Arbortext, Dirk was a Principal at SeraNova where he implemented globally deployed Internet Security applications for American
Express and 3Com.

Christopher Joslin - Vice President of Operations
|
Chris is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Mission3. He has been charged overall P&L responsibility, in addition to establishing the financial benchmarks and budgets and executing against them. He is closely aligned with the VP of Sales by developing the company's strategic marketing plan and delivering results. In addition to those roles, he is also charged with developing and implementing the companies Quality initiatives.

Prior to Mission3, Chris was Vice President of Customer Operations at ATX-CoreComm, a national provider of telecommunication services. There, he provided day-to-day leadership to the entire customer facing operations team. Responsible for more than 500 employees spread across multiple departments, he played a key role in the integration of 32 acquire companies. He also oversaw two contact centers that handled more than 2 million calls per year and developed his team into a single world-class organization that consistently exceeded benchmarked industry standards by financial, technology, and customer service perspectives.
Mr. Joslin has his Bachelor and Master’s degrees from Michigan State University.

Jason Best - Lead Development Engineer

Jason is responsible for the development and technology decisions that power Mission3's products. He leads a development team of
Engineers to design, develop, and test Mission3's software products using technologies such as C#, .NET 2.0 framework, Ruby on Rails, LLBLGen O/R Mapper, NUnit Testing, Apache2, IIS, Microsoft SQLServer, MySQL, IBM DB2, and Oracle 10g. He also manages the software development process so that it follows the quality system's guidelines.

Prior to Mission3, Jason was a software developer at ND Industries, Inc., an internationally known developer and supplier of high quality fastener coating products and services. There he developed internal accounting and financial applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. He was also a database administrator for all of the company's U.S. divisions.

Mr. Pruitt joined iCrossing in 1999 and served in executive roles as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Development.
Prior to iCrossing, he served as CPA with the Arthur Andersen Auditing Division in Arizona. He was promoted to the Arthur Andersen
Investment Consulting Division, where he advised on asset allocation decisions for a $2.5 billion fund, and serviced multiple large and
small cap clients.
Mr. Pruitt is a CPA and NASD Series 65 certified. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.

Terry Ashwill - Board of Advisors

Terry Ashwill joined the Mission3 Advisory Board in December of 2005. Ashwill was most recently with Perot Systems Corporation where he served as their Chief Financial Officer since 1997. Perot Systems is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions.

From 1991 to 1996, he served as Chief Financial Officer at True North Communications, Inc., the seventh largest publicly traded advertising company worldwide. Prior to that, Ashwill served as Chief Financial Officer for Carlson Companies, Inc. from 1988 to 1991. From 1974 to 1988, he served in various capacities at Ryder Systems, Inc., his last position as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller.
