Elect to defer 1% to 16% of your salary before taxes and Mission3 will match up to 6% of your eligible compensation at 50% in the beginning and up to 100% after five years. There is no waiting for vesting - Mission3's match is invested at the same time as your contribution. A broad range of investment options provides the opportunity for great investment returns. In addition, two types of loans are available through this plan.
