If my data is not housed within my facility, how can I know that it is safe?
We are going to go out on a limb and say that your data is likely to be safer with Mission3 OnDemand than it is within the four walls of your company.
Mission3 OnDemand is in a very robust datacenter, more robust than most Life Sciences companies can build or manage for themselves. It is behind a world class security infrastructure in a compliance driven environment.
Further, our datacenter (provided by CSC ) provides continuity and disaster recovery, meaning even if something goes wrong, backups (conducted daily, weekly and monthly) stored offsite provide the ability to recover from that event. In other words, even if there is a fire at our datacenter, your data will be safe. Can that be said of your current facility?
In addition, with Mission3 OnDemand you and your team no longer need to email documents back and fourth. Email is notoriously insecure, plus you have no way to track who has what information.

How do I maintain control?
Good question. With Mission3 OnDemand, you have complete control over the configuration, users, and security of the software. In terms of making sure the software and hardware are functioning properly, we handle that. Because we built the softwatre, we know the minute you are having problems and can fix it. This provides you with faster, more responsive customer service, versus the drawn out process of calling in a support request that accompanies installed enterprise software.
